How to get selected in cricket trials?
In order to get selected in cricket trials as a player you must do these steps :
step1:
the main reason to join the club or academy is that when you join the clubs or academy you will be getting professional training to improve your skills by coaches which have a far more experience and knowledge about the game which you might not have .
practice regularly in your clubs or academy so you can improve your skills ,techniques and other tactics of game with the help of your coach guide.
Play practice matches against other clubs or academy.
many cricketers do a long fitness and skill training session a day before trial which may cause pain in muscles or injuries at trials which effects the performance of your trial and may sometimes become the cause of your failure in selections.
So, long practice and fitness session should be avoided a day before trials. and have a normal practice session .
step 5:
many players before trials were very afraid of the result that either he or she might be selected for trials or not and that feeling of afraidness were under their mind during the trials and due to which their performance effects and became the cause of their failure in trials .
So, always keep your mind empty before and during trials to gave a good performance be selected in trials.

Do not heat up a day before trials.

Warmup and stretch before trialMany players do not warmup and stretch before trial due to which there muscles were not warmed up and due to which the player either bowler which suffers to bowl his starting few deliveries in good line and length or a batsman who suffers to play his starting few bowls and even gets outs .
these makes the bad impression of your batting ,bowling towards the selector and you might not get selected in trials.
